| Scope of Application |
| Article 1 |
|
Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between this Hotel and the |
|
|
Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not |
|
|
provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices. |
|
2 |
In the case when the Hotel has entered into a special comtract with the Guest insofar as such special |
|
|
contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the |
|
|
preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms |
|
|
and Conditions. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Application for Accommodation Contract |
| Article 2 |
|
A guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify |
|
|
notify the Hotelthe following particulars; |
|
|
(1) Name of the Guest(s); |
|
|
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival; and |
|
|
(3) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel. |
|

When a Contract for Accommodation has beeen concluded, the Guest is requested to pay an |
|
|
accommodation deposit fixed by the Hotel. |
|
3 |
The deposit shall be first used for the Total Accommodation Charges to be paid by the Guest, then |
|
|
secondaly for the cancellation charges under Article 4 and thirdly for the reprations under Article 13 |
|
|
as applicable. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Refusal of Accommodation Contracts |
| Article 3 |
|
The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of Accommodation Contract under any of the following |
|
|
cases; |
|
|
(1) When the application for accommodationdoes not conform with the provisions of these Terms |
|
|
and Conditions; |
|
|
(2) When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available; |
|
|
(3) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in the manner |
|
|
that will contravene the lows or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his |
|
|
accommodation; |
|
|
(4) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying infectious disease; |
|
|
(5) When the Hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his accommodation; |
|
|
(6) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, dysfunction of the |
|
|
facilities and/or other unavoidable causes; |
|
|
(7) When a person requesting Hotel Accommodations, is obviously intoxicated and could cause |
|
|
annoyance to other guest or when a person is behaving in such a manner as to be an annoyance |
|
|
to other guests; |
|
|
(8) When the Guest is in danger of doing violence, intimidation, threat, unreasonable demand(claims), |
|
|
gambling, holding or using the prohibited drug and conducting himself in a manner that will |
|
|
contavene the lows or act against the public order or good morals in regardto his accommodation; |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest |
| Article 4 |
|
The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by so notifying the Hotel. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2 |
In the case when the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to |
|
|
causes for which the Guest is liable, the Guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed below; |
|
|
|
|

In the case when the Guest does not appear by 6.00 pm without an advance notice, the Hotel may |
|
|
regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest. |
|
|
|

|
|
| Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Hotel |
| Article 5 |
|
The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the cases as prescribed in Article 3 |
|
|
and in addition, when the Guest does not observe prohibited actions such as smoking at any facilities |
|
|
in the Hotel, mischief to the fire-fighting facilities and other prohibitions of the House Regulations |
|
|
stipulated by the Hotel. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Registration |
| Article 6 |
|
The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of |
|
|
accommodation; |
|
|
(1) Name, age, sex and address of the Guest(s); |
|
|
(2) For non-Japanese, their nationality and passport number; |
|
|
(3) Date and estimated time of departure; and |
|
|
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Roccupancy Hours of Guest Rooms |
| Article 7 |
|
Daily room occupancy is from 3.00 pm to 9.00 am on the next morning. Even in the case when the |
|
|
Guest is accommodated continuously, the Guest shall be required checking out day by day. |
|

The Hotel may, not withstanding the provisions prescribed in the preceding Paragraph, permit the |
|
|
Guest to occupy the beyond the time prescribed in the same Paragraph. In this case, extra charges |
|
|
shall be paid as follows; |
|
|
(1) Up to 11.00 am : 1,000 per hour + tax@ |
|
|
(2) More than 11.00 am : room charge in full@ |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Observations of Use Regulations |
| Article 8 |
|
The Guest shall observe the House Regulations established by the Hotel, which are posted within |
|
|
the premises of the Hotel. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Business Hours |
| Article 9 |
|
The business hours of the main facilities are as follows. Those of other facilities shall be notified in |
|
|
detail by the brochures as provided, notices displayed in each place, service directories in guest |
|
|
room and others. |
|
|
(1) Service hours of front desk : from 5.00 am to 9.00 pm |
|
|
(2) Closin time for the street door : 9.00 pm |
|

The business hours are subject to temporary changes due to unavoidable causes of the Hotel. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Payment of Accommodation Charges |
| Article10 |
|
Accommodation Charges shall be paid with Japanese currency in cash at the time of registration. |
|
|
Other bills, such as meals and beverage charges, are due upon demand. |
|

Accommodation Charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the |
|
|
accommodation facilities provided for him by the Hotel and are his disposal. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Liabilities of the Hotel |
| Article11 |
|
The liabilities for accommodation of the Hotel shall begin at the time when the Guest register at |
|
|
the front desk and shall be over at the time of his check out. |
|

Hotel will not be liable to any guest or other person for any damage caused by his/her failure to |
|
|
comply with this Accommodation Contract. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest |
| Article12 |
|
The baggage and belongings, including cash and valuables, of the Guest must be supervised |
|
|
and administered by the Guest. Hotel will not be liable for the loss or theft of the baggage, cash |
|
|
and valuables at all. |
|

When the baggage or belongings of the Guest is found left after heck]out, the Hotel shall keep |
|
|
the article for 7 days. Perishables will be disposed. |
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
| Liabilities of the Guest |
| Article13 |
|
The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage caused through intention or negligence on |
|
|
the part of the Guest. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Language |
| Article14 |
|
This Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract is prepared in Japanese and in English. |
|
|
If there should be any discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Jurisdiction |
| Article15 |
|
This Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract shall be governed by and construed in |
|
|
accordance with the lows of Japan. |
